Here at Rare and Precious, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, we are more than happy to offer exchanges.

No returns allowed

  • If an item is defective, store credit will be given
    • Customer must provide proof of defect within 24 hours of receiving the item, and ship it back within 48 hours of receiving the shipping label
  • Shipping will be covered by Rare and Precious
  • All items must be shipped back unused, unworn, and in the same condition it was received (No Exceptions)

Exchanges

  • If item is not defective, customer must pay return shipping for exchanges
  • Customer must ship the item back within 48 hours
  • Store credit will be valid for up to 3 months after item is returned
    • If we receive the item back damaged, and there is proof of negligence in the repackaging, store credit will not be given

Shipping Information

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for your purchase as soon as your package is shipped
  • Rare and Precious does not take any responsibility for missing or stolen packages after the tracking has been provided
    • Buying insurance for the shipment (if wanted) is the responsibility of the customer

Clearance Items

  • All sales final (No Exceptions)

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, but a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred
    • This does not apply to items purchased during our live showings, we have a strict no-cancellation policy for these items
      • Attemping to purchase and cancel orders from live showings will result in a ban from Rare and Precious
